ClaimTrace is a brand and a service operated by AXIONYX.io Sàrl. The site claimtrace.dev and its API are published by that company.
This notice responds to art. 3 para. 1 let. s of the Swiss Unfair Competition Act, which requires anyone offering services through electronic commerce to state clearly and completely their identity and contact address, including for electronic mail. The other requirements of that provision — technical steps leading to conclusion of the contract, correction of input errors, order confirmation by email — are described in the sales terms, article 4.

3. Hosting
The infrastructure is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, in Switzerland. The full list of providers involved in data processing is in the data processing annex.
4. Intellectual property
The site, its visual identity, its texts, the ClaimTrace name and logo and the service code are protected. Any reproduction or reuse without authorisation is prohibited, subject to the right of quotation.
The facts returned by the API are factual data over which we claim no ownership; the conditions for reusing them are in the terms of service, article 9.
Geographic data comes from OpenStreetMap and is distributed under the ODbL licence: the attribution "© OpenStreetMap contributors" must be preserved.
Third-party content read by the Service remains the property of its rights holders. The verbatim excerpts returned are short evidentiary quotations.
5. Editorial responsibility
Information published on this site is published in good faith. Examples, figures and pricing shown during the beta phase are indicative and subject to change. Contractual commitments are those, and only those, set out in the terms of service and the sales terms.
Links to third-party sites are provided for information; we exercise no control over their content.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law. Jurisdiction: the ordinary courts of the canton of Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
